Privacy Policy

Vertex App Studios Inc. ("Vertex," "we," "us," or "our") builds consumer mobile apps, including StyleTally and FanCast Arena. This policy explains what information our apps and website collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to make our products work well.

Information we collect

We collect a limited amount of information, depending on how you use our products:

• Information you provide. Content you submit to an app (such as photos you upload for outfit feedback in StyleTally), your email address if you contact us or join a waitlist, and the contents of messages you send to support.
• Information collected automatically. Basic technical and usage data such as device type, operating system version, app version, and general interaction events that help us understand how features are used.
• Purchase information. When you subscribe, we receive confirmation of your purchase and subscription status. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our apps and features.
• Generate the feedback and results our apps are designed to produce (for example, scoring an outfit you upload).
• Manage subscriptions and confirm access to premium features.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important updates.
• Maintain the security, reliability, and performance of our products.

Analytics

Payments

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase (Apple IAP), and subscription status may be managed using RevenueCat. Your payment is handled by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy, and your billing details are not provided to us. We receive only the information needed to confirm and manage your subscription, such as your subscription status and renewal state. Subscriptions can be managed in your Apple ID settings.

Data retention

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required to meet legal, accounting, or operational obligations. Content you create in an app is retained while your use of that feature is active, and may be removed when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete information associated with you, as described under "Your rights."

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in limited circumstances:

• Service providers. With trusted vendors who help us operate our products (for example, analytics, subscription management, and infrastructure providers), under agreements that limit how they may use the data.
• Legal reasons. Where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or Vertex.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will take steps to protect your information.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to limit access to it within our organization.

Children's privacy

Our products are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to request a copy of certain data. To exercise these rights, email us at support@vertexstudioapps.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. You can also manage many choices directly on your device, including subscription settings in your Apple ID.
